SPECIFICATION

Blank BJJ Rash Guard is a professional grade anti-wear garment designed specifically for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) training and competition. It features high-density functional fabrics and ergonomic cutting techniques, balancing athletic performance and comfort. Its core function is to reduce friction damage between the skin and the cushion surface, as well as between the opponent's clothing during training. At the same time, it has characteristics such as antibacterial sweating and temperature regulation, making it suitable for dynamic confrontation scenarios such as high-intensity fighting and throwing.

Fabric Technology

Material: 82% polyester fiber+18% spandex composite fabric, tested according to ISO 105-C06 standard, with a color fastness of 4-5 levels, and UV resistance (UPF 50+) performance in accordance with ASTM D6603 standard.

Elasticity and extensibility: The spandex blend ratio provides 360 ° four-way elasticity, with a transverse stretching rate of ≥ 180% and a longitudinal stretching rate of ≥ 220%, meeting the needs of significant joint twisting (such as triangle twisting and cross fixation) in jujitsu training.

Friction coefficient: After nanoscale hydrophobic treatment, the dynamic friction coefficient (COF) of the surface is reduced to below 0.25 (0.4-0.6 for ordinary cotton clothing), significantly reducing the risk of abrasion caused by pad friction.

Ergonomically Designed

Cutting structure: 3D stereoscopic cutting combined with seamless splicing technology, laser cutting and ultrasonic bonding technology are used in high tension areas such as armpits and elbow joints, with a seam strength of ≥ 15N/cm (ISO 13934-1 standard) to avoid tearing in the entanglement.

Pressure distribution: Progressive compression design, with a pressure value of 15-20mmHg in the core area of the waist and abdomen, improving muscle support and reducing lactate accumulation; The pressure gradient between the shoulders and back decreases to 8-12mmHg to ensure exercise flexibility.

Antibacterial and Odor Prevention: The fabric is embedded with silver ion antibacterial fibers (tested by AATCC 100, with a Staphylococcus aureus inhibition rate of ≥ 99%), combined with a breathable mesh structure (air permeability rate ≥ 120g/m ² · 24h), achieving a 70% reduction in odor intensity after 8 hours of high-intensity training (compared to ordinary clothing).

Temperature management: The double-layer fabric structure (with an inner layer that absorbs moisture and dries quickly, and an outer layer that is windproof and insulated) allows for a temperature fluctuation of ≤± 2 ℃ in a 25 ℃ environment. The wet thermal conductivity is reduced by 35%, effectively avoiding the risk of temperature loss caused by sweat infiltration.

Daily training

Suitable for ground fighting, throwing training, and specialized physical fitness classes in Jujutsu, the compression performance can reduce muscle tremors and lower the probability of sports injuries.

Recommended to pair with No Gi training, its hydrophobic coating can quickly expel sweat and avoid movement delay caused by clothing sticking.

Competition Scene

Comply with the requirements of IBJJF (International Brazilian Jujutsu Federation) rules, with cuff and hem lengths controlled within the range of 7-9cm and 12-15cm respectively to avoid grip by opponents;

High contrast solid color designs (such as black, white, blue, purple) facilitate judges in determining scoring actions and reduce the risk of misjudgment caused by clothing color interference.

Cross border sports
